Enter serial and pin found on voucher

04. Fill A Form

Fill out a form with your details

05. Add Certificate & Photo

Attach the certificate(s) and photo

06. Submit Forms

Submit and print-out application summary

07. Application Status

Regularly check your application status with the pin and serial.
